School No. 4

With the funds raised in our 2023Back to School Campaign, the Foundation was able to sponsor a "once in a lifetime" field trip for three special education classes from Rochester City School District's George Mather Forbes School to expand on their latest lesson of Black Beauty. The classes attend the stalls and fields of A Horse’s Friend Inc., this outreach program’s mission is to expose youth from the inner city and underserved populations to the world of horses. The kids even enjoyed a little pizza party celebration after meeting their big new hairy friends.
